PLEASE NOTE: To guarantee timely Customs clearance, DJPremium.com will not ship orders greater than 15 total items or $1,000 U.S. dollars. If you place an order greater than 15 items, or over $1,000 USD, a customer service representative will contact you via email to determine which items you’d like to cancel from your order.
We’ve partnered with Federal Express for delivery to Australia within 3 to 5 business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. When your order ships, DJPremium.com will email you with your tracking number so you can track your order’s progress to its final destination.

Tax and Duty Charges
The Australian Customs Service requires that all applicable duties and taxes must be paid for shipments entering Australia. By placing an order with DJPremium.com, you agree to pay the duties and taxes charged at the time of delivery. Customs duty and Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be payable, as follows:
- Customs duty – Typically 12-20% of product price (based on product characteristics)
- Tax – Typically 16% of product price (based on province)
- Advancement Fees – FedEx fee for processing of duties/fees (currently $8.00 USD)
Due to our broad selection of clothing, footwear, and accessories it is difficult to estimate an exact figure for duty costs. Remember that all prices on the site are in U.S. dollars.

Payment Options
The following payment options are available to Australian customers: credit card, debit card, and money order.
Credit Card and Debit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Orders will only be shipped to the cardholder’s verified billing address.
Special instructions for Australian customers paying with credit card or debit card
International credit cards may require a special procedure that helps us to verify cardholder identity called a Small Charge Verification. Click here to learn more about Small Charge Verifications.
Money Order: We accept money order payments by mail as long as your money order is denominated in US dollars. Shoppers using money order must call 001-858-634-5597 and order by phone.
