It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your DJPremium.com merchandise, so we accept returns for up to thirty (30) days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the DJPremium.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as DJPremium.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, DJPremium.com does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
Refunds for Price Markdowns
In the event that the price of an item that you purchased is marked down, DJPremium.com will honor a request to refund the price differential within five (5) business days of your initial order date. Additionally, DJPremium.com will only refund the price difference one time per item. If an item that you ordered has been marked down and it has been five (5) business days or less since you placed your order please email service@djpremium.com and we will happily refund you the difference.
