Charlotte Ronsen was born in London and raised in New York. Charlotte Ronson developed her own unique style at an early age. Friends took notice of her distinctive style, customized vintage tees and tanks, and asked her to create pieces for them. In 2000, the C. Ronson collection evolved into a playful mix of 70’s inspired cotton tees, tooshies (novelty lingerie pieces) and coveted wedge heels that put her on the map as a designer to be noticed.

In 2005, Ronson joined forces with Japanese apparel giant, Sanei International, which owns over 1,000 contemporary apparel stores in Japan and throughout Asia. Together with Ronson, Sanei decided to roll out 14 Charlotte Ronson boutiques in Japan and begin a US and global expansion. She has developed a signature design aesthetic that is known for its feminine sensibility.

Ronson’s clothing and accessories have quickly become a favorite among such fashion forward celebrities such as Gisele Bundchen, Kate Moss, Lindsey Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie, Mischa Barton, Gwen Stefani, Winona Ryder and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Partnering with Earnest Sewn, Ronson created the perfect pair of jeans complete with her signature feminine touch, sold exclusively in Japan. She is also working on a limited edition t-shirt collection with her mother Ann Dexter Jones, best friend Shoshanna Lonstein-Gruss, brother Mark and twin sister Samantha, both internationally known Musicians and DJs.

Ronson continues to move forward as a key trendsetter and innovator in the fashion industry. Her sense of personal style, and knowledge of the market ensures her ongoing success as a designer.
